We pride ourselves in offering exceptional care to our client's pets when they are in our care.
We are looking to hire a kennel attendant.
This person needs to have a passion for dogs and be responsible in providing each visiting dog with the care it needs - keeping them comfortable, happy and relaxed in a clean, well sanitized kennel environment.
Daily jobs include:
housekeeping of each dog run area, sweeping, mopping, providing clean blankets when needed, washing dog bowls, and keeping laundry done and put away.
Training is provided.
The training will teach & require the kennel attendant to properly sanitize run areas after check outs to prepare the area for the next dog arriving.
Kennel attendants are responsible for following each owners feeding and medicating instructions, providing each dog with the proper food portions and medication up to date.
The dogs are allowed as much outside time as possible.
Kennel staff get to enjoy outside time keeping dogs well exercised by play and keeping the yard picked up after potty time.
We work in a relaxed, fun atmosphere in casual attire.
Hours can be discussed and flexible at times.
Job offers, possible future growth in both hours and pay.
Kennel attendants will also begin helping with check-ins and check-outs, answering phone calls, scheduling reservation bookings and other office needs when needed.
Applicants must be able to lift up to 50lbs, provide own transportation, have a valid driver's license, be hard working, dependable, independent and able to work without supervision.
